Tools to Help You Listen and Evolve

Every stakeholder in your business is significant. We begin with each employee and then move to your customers, suppliers, investors, the community, and the planet to measure your impact. Ecosystems are interdependent and they thrive on collaboration.

With our partners and customers we have co-created simple tools grounded in the brilliant work of Raj Sisodia (Co-Author of: Firms of Endearment, Conscious Capitalism, Everybody Matters, Healing Organizations), which we call Insight Conversations. For each stakeholder beginning with your employees we share techniques for conscious listening and two-way conversations to gain insight on what it feels like to work with you. Listening heightens understanding and provides data to evolve your relationships.

We conducted research with business owners across 6 continents, ranging in size from 20 to 2,000 employees.

We learned that owners and executives want to foster collaborative relationships with their stakeholders.  What they lack is a framework to sustain these connections and to measure impact consistently over time.

We provide that framework. It’s simple and profoundly helpful.

We believe in the power of mindful communications, which requires attention to listening, speaking, and the energy you bring and that exists in a room.

We support you in gathering information through conversations and simple survey tools to produce actionable insights to evolve your relationships together. With each stakeholder you will choose 1-2 items to improve upon over the next 12 months. 

These timelines provide motivation for action and celebration as you achieve results and strengthen your relationships and grow your impact collaboratively.
