Through one-on-one coaching with our Founder, Elizabeth, you focus on your inner-work journey.

We have learned through our own experiences and research that being a leader can be lonely. If you are the owner or CEO, your role includes pressures that few others experience or understand.

Elizabeth has served at all levels of organizations, in several industries. From start-ups, to small business, retail, restaurants, manufacturing, healthcare, finance, Fortune 50 companies, and family-owned business. She is a master facilitator, partner engagement specialist, and experienced coach. She has been practicing mindfulness for nearly 8 years and collaborative leadership for more than 20 years.
