To begin we need to create space for conversations about this shift. How did we get where we are today? And what kind of world do we want to create for ourselves moving forward?

Elizabeth has gathered research and scientific evidence for over a decade supporting the need for ‘being” with “doing.” We have become a nation of doers. Let’s hold space and facilitate conversations about the importance of our sensory intelligence. This is what separates us and is our brilliance as human beings.

Elizabeth uses 3 key areas of exploration to experience the importance of being:

  1. The Power of Pause: Our brains require space for thinking and connecting information with our experience. Most if us do not stop for even 60 seconds of intentional silence each day. How many times have you had an aha moment in the shower, while walking, or driving? It’s possible to create these moments throughout each day.

  2. Energy Awareness and Management: We are energy beings. Through quantum physics, we know that we are connected to everything and that we have great power in how we use and respond to energy. Yet most of us have not been taught how to regularly check in and to manage energy throughout the day for higher impact and resilience.

  3. Curiosity over Knowing: We live in systems that reward being first and knowing all the answers, yet this is not how human beings are meant to work and relate with each other. We are tribal and we are meant to collaborate for the highest creations and impact. It’s impossible to co-create without curiosity and listening. When we let go of knowing, we can move to expansion and creative solutions.
