Meet the Founder

Elizabeth Ross (Holmstrom)

Elizabeth is a speaker and master facilitator for systems awareness and business evolution in alignment with nature.

Her work lives at the intersection of sensory intelligence, energy awareness, and conscious leadership — guiding individuals, organizations, and communities out of extraction and distraction and into regenerative ways of being and working.

Elizabeth has practiced mindfulness and conscious leadership for over two decades and is recognized for her ability to regulate rooms, restore presence, and help people feel what aligned systems actually require. She speaks from lived experience, long observation, and deep attunement — not theory.

Rather than teaching frameworks alone, Elizabeth creates experiences that reconnect people to their bodies, their senses, and the intelligence of the natural world. From this state, clarity returns, wiser decisions emerge, and systems begin to reorganize organically.

Her work empowers people to co-create cultures and businesses designed for regeneration — where health, creativity, and coherence replace burnout and fragmentation.

Elizabeth lives the art of being. She travels the country in her camper van, Ruby, chases sunsets along the Maine coast, and stays deeply connected to land, community, and creative expression. Her life and work are inseparable.

She is a co-founder of DisruptHR Portland, the Conscious Women’s Leadership Forum, Conscious Capitalism Portland, and Mindful Employer, and she has contributed to global conversations on inner development and systems change, including the inaugural World with Purpose summit in Dubai.

Elizabeth believes in the power of play and creativity to increase the feeling of joy in our lives and work. If you aren’t having some level of fun, why are you doing it?
